My name is Wendy Hevener Briskman and I started Commonwealth Mobile Notary, LLC in 2015. I am committed to providing convenient, accurate and professional notary services to businesses and individuals.

Here are my qualifications:
I have been a Notary Public, commissioned by the Commonwealth of Virginia, for over fourteen years. Utilizing over 25 years in and around the real estate industry, my experience includes: Loss Mitigation, modifying loans and document preparation for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA, Private Investor and Portfolio, 1031 Federal Tax Deferred Exchanges, Real Estate Law Office (Paralegal), and Residential Custom Home Construction Management.

I am a licensed referral agent with Metro Referral Associates and my degree is in Paralegal Studies (Magna Cum Laude and Phi Theta Kappa). I hold memberships with the National Notary Association, American Association of Notaries, and am an active member of the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce and Chesterfield Council on Aging.

Certifications include: Virginia Notary Public Classes – Virginia Notary Public Law & Procedures, Notary Signing Agent for Mobile Notaries, The Mortgage Loan Signing; National Notary Association – Notary Essentials, Certified Signing Agent & Background Screen; and, Notary2Pro – Beyond the Basics, Reverse Mortgage Loan Document Signing and TRID.
